How much will my wedding photographs cost?
Photofit will tailor the package to suit you. We will give you clear and precise pricing based on our free no-obligation consultation. Our prices start at £500 for the Bravo package, which is 20 images chosen, by you, from at least 40 shots from the one location. All our prices are inclusive of an album of your choice with either 8”x10” or A4 size prints (depending on album style chosen)

How much is a portrait sitting?
Starting at £75 for an in-your-own-home sitting and including an A3 size print (of your choice) from the many pictures we will take at the shoot. Extra prints at all sizes are available and prices are quantity based. The extras do not have to be the same print as the A3 size choice.

When do I have to pay?
For weddings a 50% non-refundable deposit will secure the booking. The remaining 50% will be due one calendar month before the day. Portraits require a 50% payment at the shoot and the remainder due on delivery of the images.

How long do the wedding albums/portrait images take to be delivered?
The happy couple will be provided (usually within two weeks after the ceremony) with small images - usually on a DVD/CD disk, which will play on a DVD or a computer - from which you can choose the images you like most. Once you have informed Photofit of your choices - and there is no hurry, it’s your timescale - it is four to six weeks deliver time for the album depending which style you have chosen. Portraits are a lot quicker. Images in a week and delivery (after choices are made from the shoot) - usually within two weeks of the sitting. This timescale can be reduced, but any extra costs that may be accrued by Photofit will be passed on to the customer.

Do the Portrait Images come in a frame?
We do provide a wide range of frames - but they are so personal and décor dependent. We provide a frame for the A3 sized print sitting for an all inclusive - that’s the sit, the A3 print, a mount and a frame - of just £120.

What if it rains?
Heaven forbid. But, that’s one problem we can’t do much about - except…. For a wedding we will use all our artistic licence and photography skills to turn disaster into triumph! Photofit is a mobile business, we carry our lights and backdrops and supports (and big umbrellas) everywhere with us. So even if we have to go indoors - we can still do you a fantastic shoot. For a portrait, weather is usually something we can work around either re-appoint or just hang around until it stops raining!

What do I do for extra prints, or a CD/DVD?
Of course we provide extra prints, usually at a bulk discount, so it pays you to get the guests all ordering at the same time. But guests can order on-line from the clearly priced images. A personalised, boxed DVD of all the useable images is available, to a soundtrack of your choice, for as little as £50. Extra boxed copies are £11.50 each. If the happy couple want a CD of all the useable images in order that they can print their own extras this is a negotiable price, depending on how much input is required from Photofit.

What if I have to cancel?
The deposit is non-refundable; this is to protect Photofit and to cover our expenditure. Photofit is a responsible and caring business and will always look favourably on any cancellation.
